abot surpresa (“reach a surprise”) is a Filipino-built last-mile logistics + gifting platform. We own the rider fleet, the merchant marketplace, and the customer experience — surprise gifting (cakes, flowers, balloons) is our first product, but abot is fundamentally a delivery company that happens to specialize in surprises.
Why we exist
Millions of Filipinos work abroad to support families back home. Staying connected across distance is hard — phone calls are nice, but a surprise cake on a birthday matters more. We make that possible in two minutes from anywhere in the world. Unlike marketplaces that outsource fulfillment to Grab or Lalamove, abot operates its own rider network — which is why we can offer cash on delivery, live tracking, and the surprise mechanic itself (the rider is part of our team, not a gig worker reading an app for the first time).

Where we operate
Direct coverage in Metro Manila, Cainta, Taytay, Cebu, and Davao with our own rider fleet. We're onboarding riders in more provinces every month — if you don't see your recipient's area at checkout, we're either coming soon or recruiting local riders there.
