How to order

1. Pick a gift

Browse our catalog of cakes, flowers, balloons, and curated combos. Each product page shows you customization options (flavor, color, size) and lead time so you know when it can reach the recipient.

2. Write a personal note

Add an optional gift message — this is what makes a delivery a surprise. The rider will hand-write the card (or include a printed note) when they arrive.

3. Choose your surprise mode

This is what makes abot different:

• Total surprise — recipient has no idea until the rider arrives.
• Hint 15 min before — recipient gets an SMS just before arrival so they can come to the door.
• Recipient aware — recipient knows the gift is coming.

4. Choose delivery window

Pick a scheduled window (e.g. Saturday morning) or let us deliver as soon as the merchant is ready. Most Metro Manila orders can be delivered same-day.

5. Pay your way

Pay online with GCash, Maya, or card — or pay cash on delivery. OFW senders can pay in their local currency; we handle the conversion.

6. Track live

Once the rider picks up the order, you'll see their location on the map in real time. You'll get a notification the moment they arrive at the recipient's door.
